187 ink tattoo

Came in for a cover up on my hand, great people. Some good talent as I watched an artist work while waiting. Very welcoming! However I waited 3 hours for the artist to show as it was a walk in. my hand blew up. Not my first tattoo, took good care of it. Next day I woke up and it was doubled its size. Seeping fluids. I did call shop, they suggested to wash well with m anti bacterial soap. I went to get it checked as I was suggested to. Sure enough, cellulitis, a bacterial infection. after more tests from the hospital, they chose to admit me due to infection turning into sepsis. Hospitalized for 3 days. So with in 48 hours, I was admitted to a hospital from this tattoo. And unfortunately doesnt look as good as it did the day of. Never had a tattoo look so different from day of, to after healing. Held no highlights/whitewash.

187 Ink is hands down the best tattoo shop I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been tattooed at shops all over the country. George, the owner, is incredibly personable and attentive. He doesn’t treat the people in his chair like they’re just another appointment. He takes the time to learn about the meaning behind the artwork he’s creating and about you as a person. That level of care is something you don’t come across often. George tattooed a portrait of my dog, who meant absolutely everything to me, and I couldn’t have trusted anyone more with something so important. He took his time to make sure every single detail was perfect, capturing not only my dog’s likeness but also the emotion behind the piece. During the entire six-hour session, he made sure I was comfortable, checked in on me often, and kept me at ease from start to finish (he even bought me a slice of pizza!) The work itself is absolutely beautiful, but what truly sets 187Ink apart is the compassion, professionalism, and dedication that George and his artists bring to every tattoo. You can tell they genuinely care about the experience just as much as the final piece. I’ll always come back to 187 Ink. Exceptional artwork is one thing, but finding artists who are just as invested in their clients as they are in their craft is what makes this place truly special.

Mike did my eyebrow tattoo it was such an amazing experience. The work is amazing the lines are super clean. He drew up my tattoo from an idea I had. And it looks amazing!! The shop is clean the staff is super friendly overall I had an amazing experience and I will be coming back in the future. I highly recommend this tattoo shop

10/10 experience. Super professional, clean, and patient. They really took their time and made sure every detail was perfect. The energy was great and I felt comfortable the whole time. I’m obsessed with my tattoo and will 100% be back.

Great experience with James. He was very laid back and allowed me to think my decision thru without being pushy. The pain level also almost non existent. Will be back!
