Terra Vasa Tattoo

Kerry is an amazing artist and I am so grateful to have two of her tattoos on my body. After my first piece (a cicada on my back), I knew she was the artist I needed to finish a piece long-started on my arm. She made the vision come to life! Free handing a wild rose bramble coming out of an existing shell that carries a great reverence for the plant itself, but also for the existing piece that was being added to. I have so many pieces in my mind for future projects on my body, and I am so thankful I have found an artist that is not just talented, but has such respect for the subjects she is tattooing and cares for her clients. I love working with her and look forward to working with her more in the future—10/10 recommendation. Bring your ideas and your trust because she is an artist you will enjoy working with.

Kerry was amazing, start to finish. Very communicative, checked-in several times, and was a lovely conversationalist (when I wasn’t locking in/deep breathing). Kerry did this lovely Garlic tattoo, representing the hanged man tarot card, and was so excited for this project, almost as much as I was!!! The studio was so interesting and well-decorated, no one else was there when I went but everyone had their own station set up with their own touches, so that was a nice distraction from some pain lol. Highly recommend Kerry for getting an amazing botanical linework tattoo!

This queer friendly shop is housed in an interesting old building, and is a bright, clean, and well organized space with an inclusive, friendly vibe. I was there on a Friday afternoon and between the artists and other clients, it was like hanging out with friends- intermingled conversations and admiration of each other’s fresh ink. Elle took my somewhat vague tat ideas and created a Gritty Pride masterpiece that I’ll be proud to display once it’s all healed up. Can’t recommend highly enough!

I recently got my first tattoo at Terra Vasa with Melanie. To say she exceeded my expectations is an understatement. She gave me a very thorough consultation prior to starting, which really put my nerves at ease. Melanie has an art background and it truly shows with her skill and attention to detail. My tattoo turned out stunning and I get compliments daily. The studio is beautiful and everyone working there made me feel welcomed.Thank you so much for this experience I will definitely be back!

I have pretty much an entire sleeve at this point done by Mel and I could not have asked for a better experience. Mel is so amazing to be tattooed by. They take pride in their work, listen to your ideas and work with you to make your vision come to life, and make such a comfortable space for you through the entire process. Amazing line work that looks just as amazing healed, and overall such a talented artist is every way.
