Ellen is the best cosmetic tattooer I've been to, and I've seen 4 different artists in both LA and New York. I drive to her from NY, for my brows and it's fully worth the trek. The amount of time she took alone to map out the shape for my re-work post laser was awesome. She saw how my previous brow shape was pulling my face down and was able to correct that, neutralize tones where needed and also follow my natural hair pattern as opposed to giving me a generic hair pattern (which I have been given in the past) She's super kind, chill and easy to be around so longer sessions are a breeze. 10/10 experience, she's definitely gained a long term client from me.

My daughter and I went in for matching heart shaped freckle tattoos, and it was a delightful experience from making the appointment the arrival the actual tattoo, and then left like we were friends!!! 100% recommend hands down!
