I had such a great experience! My tattoo came out even better than I imagined, and Jordan was super professional, patient, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. You can tell he really cares about his work and pay attention to the details. I’m so happy with how it turned out and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get a tattoo! 🖤✨

I was immediately greeted by a friendly gentleman at the front desk asking what we were looking for and the facility had many options when it came to their flash sale tattoos. The facility had good music the other tattoo artists were very welcoming and engaging. My artist D, was very detailed and timely with my peice. Very happy with my tattoo and I will definitely be coming back!

Gave the artist Jordan an idea of a tattoo I wanted and he put this together, and wow am I amazed. The attention to detail in every part is great. Not to mention how professional and clean the shop and all the other artists were while I was there. I had a great experience and definitely recommend upscale ink if you want a tattoo that looks great and done the right way.💯

Recently decided to go get my 1st tattoo & after hearing great things about Upscale from my family I decided to give it a try… my first tattoo I was so nervous but Ralf and his team (I forgot their names im sorry) helped me feel comfortable and ensured I was in good hands. Needless to say they gave me a beautiful memorial piece and I couldn’t be happier. I expected the pricing to be outrageous but to my surprise it was so reasonable I went ahead to schedule my next appointment. I don’t think I’ll let anyone else but Upscale put any ink on me after my experience here. Thank you all for a great tattoo and the laughs we shared in the shop.

During this Shop’s first year of business , I recommended it to everyone. However , after attempting to get a tattoo this past week at both locations I was disappointed of what it has turned into. There are veryyy few artists and the artists they do have don’t have quality work, the only artist with award winning work is the owner. There were two young guys running the front desk who were simply unprofessional. They were vaping and gossiping about customers. Also when asking prices for certain tattoos, they’d try to convince me it wasn’t a good idea to get that tattoo. Not to mention the INSANE quotes I got for certain tattoos considering their quality of work and the simplicity of tattoo. I don’t complain about prices but when they don’t match the service , it’s an issue. At the newest location in Gloucester, the young lady running the front desk was friendly. My only complaint is that the prices are exaggerated for the quality of tattoos the current artists provide. After this, I asked other local artist with higher quality work for prices of the same tattoos and was quoted almost half of what upscale quoted me. I miss the old environment and artists that upscale had.
