I have been coming to Muse, for almost 6 years now and I always have a great experience. I always see Alex for my tattoos, he is really talented and does an amazing job everytime. I like that he makes sure I'm fully happy with every piece I'm getting. Branden is an amazing piercer and makes me feel super comfortable every time I come in. The whole staff is super friendly and welcoming. I've been to shops in the past where that isn't always the case,so it's nice to feel at ease whenever I am there.

I received a piercing here. (My first piercing) everyone there was super nice. BUT they really didn't tell me if I can take put my piercing, what to expect as the healing processes. When I tried to contact the piercer through his email and calling the store he never answered. When I went there personally to speak with the piercer he was never there. (I went different times throughout the day). I made the decision to go to another piercer, and they mentioned that Muse was known for this.

Muse Tattoo & Body Piercing Staff are on point. First, the received you like the knew you for years, treating you with courtesy and respect. They’re 100% professional on what they do and care about customers satisfaction. All my family has some arts done, and none of them have any regrets. Mario is my artist, he has done all my Tatts and my Family as well, Pedro worked one of my Sons Tatts, and Branden is my piercing guy however all of them to include Alex and Joe, they are great artists but most importantly the make you feel like home.
