Everyone at Frequency Tattoo made this such an amazing and unforgettable experience. You can really feel how connected everyone in the shop is and how much they genuinely care about one another and their clients. There’s such a positive, welcoming energy there. I felt the love from the moment I walked in, and on top of that, everyone there is an incredibly talented artist. I got a mandala tattoo with Liz, and she did an amazing job. She created a beautiful custom design and took her time making sure everything was perfectly centered and positioned before we started. She was incredibly gentle throughout the entire tattoo, and somehow made the experience almost painless! The final result is absolutely amazing and I couldn’t be happier with it. Thank you Liz and everyone at Frequency for making the whole experience so special. I will definitely be back for another tattoo in the future!

bird was extremely professional and clean and made me feel safe and comfortable for my first tattoo. i look at it every day and am full of joy because of it. i plan to visit philly more just to get more tattoos from them. they worked very patiently with me on placement and size and i can't recommend bird enough!

For years I had wanted to do something to make my old bat tattoos (1st pic) look like they belonged together/were part of the same world and I knew Bird was the artist I wanted to collaborate with. I’m a huge fan of their color and gradients work and have the utmost confidence in their skills. I trust their eye and they have never led me astray. I am so thankful I went to Bird for this and I am so so pleased with the results! I love my tattoos now 😭! I love it at Frequency tattoo! @birdtat did an incredible shoulder tattoo for me! Beautiful textured thorn heart, with highlights of red on the ends. Combined with delicate rose petals and wispy smoke. I’m in love! The atmosphere is so welcoming, and the artists are all so kind and talented! I would definitely recommend you get tattoos here!

I got inked by BG, a wonderful and talented artist. They have excellent artwork and I am more than satisfied with my new piece. I was looking for a queer-friendly place and the owner assured me that they welcome everyone and as soon as I walk in the shop, “I’d see it for myself.” And he was right! What a cool, chill place with some laid-back artists. I think I’ve found my new place. Can’t wait to schedule my next one with BG.:) BG did my Stevie nicks piece in just under 4 hours, it’s a large piece on my thigh, and they were accommodating and focused. I appreciate the service!
