Always a comfortable place to go. Took our cousin for her first and it was such an awesome experience.

Evovler is amazing! This dad and daughter duo are a friendly and fun to work with! We were in town for the week and caught decided to get some tattoos while visiting. They did a great job! They took great care in the work they did. The shop is clean, very cute and eclectic. We will definitely go back next year for more tattoos from them!!

This was my first tattoo. My cousin and I wanted sisterhood tats to commemorate the trip to Pittsburgh. A young man referred us to Evolver. It was kismet! We vibed; had great conversation and listened to some good music. Eric, his daughter and Latifah, so cool and welcoming. My next tat will be done at evolver on my next trip to Pittsburgh. Giving this place one star because zero isn’t possible. I cannot stress enough that you should NOT go here! First of all, we walk in and the first thing I smell is marijuana. We continue up the stairs and I at least expected to be greeted politely but instead I was burned with a 100 yard stare from a less than welcoming guy who told us that we could, “take a seat I guess.” We proceeded to let him know that we both had consultations and he informed us that the artist we had an appointment with was simply not there. No prior phone call, no text message, nothing. I drove one hour for this consultation and I was extremely, disappointed. I was then told I could either wait for her to come back or reschedule. Me and my friend politely asked to reschedule through email because we didn’t want to be disrespectful and tell this man his shop was absolutely horrid. To make it even better, he lets his dog roam free in the supposedly sterile tattoo shop and it literally peed on the floor at my feet. Dog fur was also in every corner of this place. I have emailed asking for my consultation fee to be refunded and I have yet to receive a reply. Please don’t go here.

Wonderful tattoo experience and a great location. The staff was very friendly and personal throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them.
