Pittsburgh Body Piercing

My experience here was wonderful! All the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. They're accommodating with troubleshooting piercings and repiercing if needed. Highly recommend!

I had uneven ear lobe piercings that had been placed when I was a kid that I wanted to get fixed in addition to getting a second earlobe piercing in each lobe and I was able to walk in on a Sunday with no issues. The vibes in the shop were really lovely and the staff were all so welcoming and friendly. I so appreciated the care they took in making sure the new piercings were evenly placed. They thoroughly explained each step and the piercing itself was smooth and fast. I would not hesitate to go back and recommend them to anyone looking for a piercing.

I love coming to Pittsburgh Body Piercing! Ashlee and Eryn have pierced me twice now and both of them are very professional and friendly. They talked me through step by step of their process, which made the experience so much less stressful. Love my new nose, helix and body piercings :)

I want to say firstly, they did a great job piercing, the service was friendly, nice, and they did a great job with placement. The reason i’m giving them 2 stars is because as someone who is always wanting to ball on a budget I arrived there expecting to not spend anywhere over 80 dollars. I was also told prior to arrival by family and friends here in pittsburgh they had gotten services done there before many times and noted they had gotten pierced by the owner and gotten jewelry as well for no more than 60 dollars. So to say I was surprised that a singular nostril piercing (including the titanium jewelry) cost $130+ (excluding tip) is an understatement. To break it down the service fee was $90 and the jewelry $38 if anyone is wondering. I had tried to look at prices prior to arrival on their website and instagram, and they were not obviously posted anywhere in the shop either. Key word, obviously, all four of our group members entered and hadn’t seen pricing located anywhere. They may have pricing located in there somewhere, but I had been walking around attempting to look in their cases and were still unable to find any obvious prices listed. I should’ve asked prior to getting pierced, but didn’t since 2 people who had been pierced there before all stated their pricing was very good and I believe a singular piercing should not be anywhere near $100 with just titanium jewelry, let alone the service fee being more that $60 is mind boggling to me. Again, the staff were wonderful and my placement is great, I just hope the pricing would be more transparent to those wanting to get a piercing in the future. Piercings there may not be accessible for everyone due to pricing, because they definitely were not for me and I really wish I asked before.

Had my daith pierced by Jaden, and it was an absolute breeze! I felt so at ease when I saw how clearly evident their sanitary practices were. Jaden was so smooth and quick with the actual piercing, I almost couldn’t believe she had it finished! They had such a great selection of quality gold jewelry with genuine stones (Buddha, etc), so I was able to upgrade all of my piercings to a better set. I especially appreciated that I could get the initial daith piercing with a decorative titanium piece. A week later, I had a medical emergency (unrelated to my piercing), and while my ICU nurses struggled to get the piercing out for my MRI, the girls at the shop were able to walk us through how to get it out over the phone. Feeling extra grateful for their patience since I’m sure they were busy midday on a Saturday.
