Obsidian Tattoo and Piercing Parlor

I can’t express how happy I am with Obsidian. Thank you to Andy specifically. Andy is such a great and knowledgeable and honest piercer. Approximately 4 months ago, I went in for a navel piercing, a floating navel piercing to be exact. I was really nervous and didn’t have any high expectations for success with the piercing honestly. For 8 years, I’ve been getting my navel pierced and it kept rejecting. I wouldn’t give up. Within those 8 years, they just rejected within 4 weeks or less of getting the piercing. Each piercer that I went to, did it wrong (too high, surface piercing, etc) and carelessly did it and they didn’t give any after care directions and some gave the wrong after care directions. They were just giving me a basic navel piercing that did not fit my anatomy. They knew it didn’t fit my anatomy but they didn’t care. They just did it quickly for the money. Andy, on the other hand- knew I needed a floating navel piercing specifically because of my anatomy. He was very careful, he was very precise, professional, and knowledgeable on how to take care of it as well as how to clean it. He pierced it right the first time. He triple checked the placement and also allowed me to check it too. This is the longest and most successful navel piercing that I have ever had. I’m so happy ! It is thriving, the skin is doing great and most importantly, it doesn’t hurt and never has got infected or any other issues. Thank you soo much Andy!!!!! 🖤 i recommend him for all yall’s navel piercings!! Also Kayla is very amazing too and makes you feel super comfortable and welcome in the shop!

Had a wonderful experience today getting all 4 of my snake bite piercings back & my septum. Everyone here was so so kind and the environment was very welcoming and supportive. I did a walk in and they thankfully had time for me and did not rush at all they were super kind and sterile and clean and made sure to tell me everything that was going on each step of the way. Coming back here for sure for any other piercings I want to get redone or new. Andy did my snake bites & septum but Kayla was observing and she was so so nice!! Definitely recommend going here for any piercing needs😊.

Andy was recommended to me, by a friend of my wife. When I arrived, the staff was very friendly and helped me get set for my ear lopes to be pierced. The place was very clean and inviting. Andy explained all that needed to be done and prepared me for the process. You can tell Andy and the staff enjoyed what they do there and were easy to talk with. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Exceptional piercers here. Kayla and Andy have been kind, helpful, informative, communicative, and addressed all questions or concerns. Kayla did my cartilage piercing. She is so efficient that it felt even less than some lobe piercings. She also made me feel comfortable and I love that they have a female piercer here. The tattoo artists here are also friendly and the atmosphere is really nice. Also, best selection of jewelry- it might take a long time to choose because the options are actually cute , like something you would choose anyway, not like a lot of starter jewelry. Overall I’ve had a really great experience here .
