I have had the most incredible piercing experiences at this studio. I love both! Becky and Sarah, and highly recommend working with either of them!! Super professional, so sweet! Everyone that I've met at this place is just incredible. Makes you feel comfortable and at home and like a human being. I will definitely be back for more. Thank you so much!!!

A friend and I both got piercings by Becky yesterday. It was as painless as a piercing could be and Becky was so kind and explained everything very well. She was very clean and kept her sterile area safe. Amanda and I had talked the day before, she was also so kind, and she helped us so much when we arrived for our appointment. They are both wonderful and our experience at Black Cat was perfect

I've been pierced by Beck multiple times over the past couple years and the experience has always been very educational as well as enjoyable! They are very knowledgeable in all things piercing, and client comfort is always the top priority. A+ bedside manner, and healing was a breeze! Beck did both nostrils, my vertical labret, the space ship lobe, stacked lobes, stacked forward helix, and conch. Will definitely be back to see if I can get my belly button pierced!

I’ve gotten a couple tattoos from this place and was amazed by the overall service I received from Beré. However, I got a nasal piercing done by Sarah and everything seemed fine until I was misled by their aftercare guidance. I have email threads and voicemails from them telling me to use hydrogen peroxide on an irritation bump when I noticed and told them about an embedding issue/concern. They ignored my concerns and continued to tell my my case is “special” and needed peroxide to dry out the bump. It cause a minor chemical burn on the inside of my nose after two days of using as instructed. According to APP, they advise AGAINST using hydrogen peroxide, alcohol, etc when caring for a fresh piercing. They’ve lost all trust and business from me completely.
