Azzy is so chill and nice! She did my nostril and hidden helix as a walk-in and was very welcoming and reassuring. Paperwork is clear and easy to understand, decor is such a vibe, and prices are great. Definitely plan to be back for more! I didn't get a tattoo this time, but definitely considering studio 33 for my next piece based off of my experience with piercing by Azzy and the tattoos I've seen on studio 33's social media. Thanks so much, Azzy!!

She was so sweet and everything did go smoothly. I got the septum and helix. She gave me too notes on how to take care of them. I’m definitely going back!!🥰🫶🏼

I love them ladies... They are so on point. With my needswhen it comes to my piercings.. very professional,. Very welcome in,. I would not go anywhere else. Prices are reasonable. I suggest. If you want a piercing. Very sanitizer And cleaner

I have been getting pierced for over 5 years without complications, which is why this experience was extremely concerning. After this appointment, I developed significant swelling and infection in multiple piercings. My vertical piercing became infected and ultimately had to be removed. Both my lobe and conch jewelry became embedded due to insufficient length for swelling and required corrective intervention from another professional piercer. The photos included in this review do not contain my conch as it is graphic and thus gets my review removed. In addition, one of my helix piercings was switched to a post that was both too short and too thick, which contributed to additional irritation and complications. I documented everything with photos and reached out directly to the owner in an effort to resolve this privately. I followed up by phone but did not receive a return call. I was informed the owner was unavailable at the time, and despite additional follow-up attempts, I did not receive further communication. Based on my experience and the complications that followed, I cannot recommend this shop. As of February 11th, I was informed a refund would be issued, which I am still awaiting. Update as of February 26th no refund was issued or received. I have since stopped trying to reach the owner.
