The whole staff is so friendly and outgoing, they do anything and everything to accommodate you as a client. The atmosphere of the shop is welcoming and scheduling an appointment is simple. I have booked countless appointments and will continue to book more.

I have followed Shaun for almost 20 years! He has done 6+ tattoos on me and two piercings. Great experience every time! He's super big on sterilization and cleanliness, ensuring that this is what you want on your body forever (tats), and is a great guy all around. He makes the experience less stressful, and tells you like it is. No BS, ever. When I got my first tattoo at 18, I started to feel faint and he jumped into action, and I felt better quickly. He truly is a professional and an amazing artist. His cover up skills are top notch as well- he covered up others' mistakes (or my mistake not sticking with him early on. Lol). Highly recommend!!

I had a great experience at Satori Ink getting my helix piercing done with Shaun. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. He took the time to explain every step of the piercing process in detail, answered all of my questions, and provided clear aftercare instructions. The shop was clean, welcoming, and professional, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I got my lip pierced at Satori’s old location way back in 2014ish, and my piercer at that time was very thorough, and thoughtful about keeping the entire process sterile. More recently, I have gotten many tattoos with Lianna; she has unfortunately moved, but Satori continues to host her for flash events so I always come get a tattoo while she’s back!! Shaun is SUPER talented and has been a friendly face at Satori even back in 2014, and he is excellent at picking out super talented artists to represent Satori Ink. Can’t wait to get a tattoo from Julia, too! Plus, Shaun is a true artist all around! They are always hosting cool flash events and their newer studio is super cool & open plan, so you can always see what other artists are working on while you’re there.

Shaun has been tattooing me for years! After some really bad local work he’s been able to take his talent and take something I was incredibly disappointed in and make them focal points!!! The shop is always spotless and extremely clean. Shaun and his staff take a lot of pride in what they do and it shows!!! Both of these are complete cover ups! The Buffalo is not finished yet!!
