The result was permanent, lifelong scarring caused by the artist going too deep into my skin. This is not normal healing — this is lasting physical damage to my body. When I brought the damage to his attention, the issue was completely ignored and never made right. Zero accountability. Zero professionalism. He took my money and left me with permanent scarring. I also believe work promoted on his pages is not original and appears to be taken from other artists and passed off as his own. Do your research. Protect your skin. Looks like the best tattoo shop in the area, No lie I wanted to go here... but they haven't opened yet so we have to give them three stars for the quality of service. It is 9:30 on a Thursday, the Thursday before New Years Eve, so their probably booked up as well. It's giving two stars at this point 🙄🤦🏽‍♀️

Great clean amazing atmosphere. Velle pays attention to detail and listens to the little details. If your wanting the best tattoo you could get in Delaware come here!
