From the moment you walk through the door at Carved Ink, you’re immediately struck by how thoughtfully designed the space is. Every detail has been carefully curated — from the stunning art on display to the inviting coffee bar and snack station, all complemented by comfortable yet stylish furniture that creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Ben Leadlove is a consummate professional and an exceptional artist. He takes the time to truly understand your vision, translating your ideas into beautiful, custom designs while offering thoughtful, creative suggestions that elevate the final piece. Throughout the entire process, he ensures you are comfortable and fully informed, making what could be a nerve-wracking experience feel completely at ease. The finished work is nothing short of gorgeous. This was my second visit to Ben’s studio, and I’m already looking forward to planning my next piece. If I could give him more than five stars, I absolutely would.

Ben is such a cool dude. I wanted to get my first big piece done and Ben made it happen. He responded in a timely manner to my emails which I greatly appreciated and answered any and all questions I had when needed. I absolutely loved the design he drew up based on my inspo pictures. The enrivonment was super chill and he made sure I was always comfortable. Just an overall great birthday tattoo and experience!

This guy is super unprofessional. I scheduled a tattoo with someone else working at his studio. A week or so before my tattoo, she let me know she changed studios and if I wanted to keep my appointment with her, should be getting my deposit back. I confirmed I would keep my appointment and soon got an email from Ben at Carved Ink. He asked if I would like to schedule with him or get my deposit back. I did actually like his work and let him know that I was keeping my appointment with the original artist and would like a refund, but I would keep him in mind for the future as I really liked his work. However, after over a week, no refund processed and I never heard back. I followed up with Ben but never heard back so I processed a charge back on my credit card and went on my way. Ben had the audacity to refute my credit card dispute, Despite the fact, he offered me a refund ( emails attached). I guess business is bad and he really needs the $100. Not to mention, He did the exact same thing to a friend of mine.

Ben is a phenomenal artist providing a great overall experience from consult to execution. I recommend him to all who ask about my art . He is a great dude!
