Pierced Heart Body Art

I had a terrible experience with the customer service here. I previously came in and had CJ help me reinsert a piercing, which went fine. I later purchased three pieces of jewelry from them. When I recently returned to the states and called to book an appointment to finally get pierced with the jewelry I bought from them, the front desk receptionist was incredibly rude. First, she claimed I didn't buy the jewelry there. Then she hung up on me. When I drove to the shop to sort it out, she threatened to call the cops and refused to assist me. She claimed she couldn't use the jewelry because it might have been "repackaged," without even asking to look at it (two of the pieces are completely untouched/intact). It felt like a cheap tactic to force me to buy duplicate jewelry just so they could make more money. Extremely unprofessional behavior from the front desk.

Went to this establishment over the weekend with my daughter to get her first piercing. Was instantly greeted by the adorable front desk person. It was extremely inviting which was fantastic for someone with nerves. We picked out cute jewelry and both go our noses pierced. It was very clean and sanitation was at a very high standard. Cj was extremely professional and it was relaxing and easy process. I highly recommend this shop if you're looking to get pierced. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The only thing I would say is if you're on a budget ask about pricing of the jewelry. It's all different and it's not labeled. So you could get sticker shock if you're not prepared. I however was not focused on pricing. It was my daughter's birthday and whatever she wanted she got. Overall just a really great experience. Go check them out you won't be disappointed.

I’ve followed Alexis (SadBunny Tattoos) from Wilmington, DE to her new place at Pierced Heart Body Art. She has an amazing body of work and I recommend her for glitter and color tattoos, as well as anything pop culture related, pet tattoos, or just anything cool. I came to see her at her new set up for the first time and was thrilled when I arrived to the location. There is an awesome vibe and Cara is welcoming and kind as soon as you enter the shop. I felt so comfortable and excited to be there, that I decided to get a piercing from CJ. He was professional and provided a lot of really great information. I felt great before, during, and after the piercing. In addition to all of this, their jewelry selection is incredible. If you are serious about your piercings and tattoos, I couldn’t recommend Pierced Heart Body Art more. Im not only happy with my results, but I’m confident that everyone is knowledgable and professional and the quality of work done exceeds all expectations. Thank you so much!

Pierced Heart is AMAZING! My boyfriend and I both had CJ as our piercer and he told us what he was doing each step of the way. While I was there, I had a few questions about future piercings and he answered all of them! Cara was so nice, as soon as we walked in she made us feel so welcomed! She helped us pick out jewelry within our price range and informed us about the jewelry as well. Overall, I recommend this shop to anyone wanting a piercing! It’s clean, kind, and they informed us on how to clean and take care of our new piercings. I will definitely be returning! This shop is exactly what Middletown needed! Thank you both for such an amazing experience :) 🫶

I got my septum pierced here on 11/2/25. CJ was the one who did my piercing and I am very happy with it. He was very likable, kind, knowledgeable, and overall he seemed like a great guy. He talked me through the entire process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The shop itself is in a very nice part of Middletown and has a cool aesthetic. I plan on coming back here for more piercings in the future. I would recommend checking this place out for a piercing and if you need a tattoo they do those too.
