This was an amazing experience! Gave Carlos our idea and let him run with it. 2 weeks later we came back to get that work and minds were blown! The creative genius behind the work and the attention to detail was beyond incredible. Highly recommend getting your work here! Very spacious area and great vibes. Sam has this place looking right and Carlos is an absolute artist!

Went in for a walk in piercing today and had a great experience. Rampage helped me pick some cool and reasonably priced jewelry and they were super helpful and easy to work with. I’ll definitely return in the future.

Loved the piercings done by rampage, she was amazing and had great energy. I got industrial piercings, and they were $70, and it hurt a little, but the way she did it, the experience was good and it didnt hurt afterwards, she was good at letting us know how to do aftercare. Thank you for such a good time, and I will go again for another one.

I went To Tattoo Charlie’s last Friday, Because I wanted to get an ear piercing or two. Before I went, I was looking for a local tattoo shop that did piercings and I was reading through several reviews. My regular piercing shop Did not have a piercer on Fridays. I came across Tattoo Charlie’s And I read review after review about this awesome piercer named Rampage who did such amazing work. I called the shop and talked to the owner and he told me that rampage was there on Wednesdays and Fridays so I decided to go and I was super excited. I wanted to just get two piercings but because they knew I was a teacher they took care of me and gave me a discount and I was able to get three piercings in one day!!! Rampage was amazing! Her work was quick, efficient and painless, and this past week during my healing process my ears Don’t feel swollen, hot or in a lot of pain. The piercings are so clean cut! I got a second inner helix, my first outer helix, and a conch piercing! I thought three piercings may have been a lot in one day, but with Rampage’s Skill and precision, my ears look completely back to normal and the piercings already look healed within a week! There’s just minimal soreness, but I recall going other places and being sore much more and much longer for just one piercing. Rampage Was so comforting and so fun to talk to also as was everyone else in the shop, including the owner, Sam and the tattoo artist Carlos! I will be definitely going back for more piercings, bringing some friends and also getting my first tattoo there! It’s in a relatively safe part of Baltimore and there was plenty of parking! I highly recommend Tattoo Charlie’s For all your tattoo and piercing needs! -Anita
