The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming, and the shop is always clean and comfortable. Jason's attention to detail, creativity, and craftsmanship have been outstanding throughout the process. Every experience I've had here has exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for high-quality tattoos or piercings, this is definitely the place to go.

I got my daith piercing done here and the experience was top-tier. I recently worked with Missy on my permanent, custom piece of jewelry and it turned out amazingly beautiful! Missy pierced my Conch/ear in late April and this was the best piercing experience I've ever had! I have 14 piercings and have experienced issues in the past (infection, pain, etc), but not once did I have a problem with this piercing - Missy is magical! The Black Lotus shop is pristine, clean and beautiful, like an art gallery offering tattoos and piercings. You can easily get lost in the ornate pieces around the shop. Missy is a true professional and so easy to engage with. She walks you through everything she's doing and explained the post-piercing process very well. I've had a few follow-ups to check on the piercing and it's always a joy to see her again. We've discussed adding another conch piercing above the current one once it's fully healed and I look forward to that! Thank you Black Lotus and Missy for such a positive piercing experience!
