Went on a Saturday night, they were pretty busy but my wait was relatively short. Donna did my nostril piercing and it was quick and easy. She explained everything well and was very personable. I will be back in the future!

I’ve gotten every piercing I have here (both side of my nose and belly piercing). They all healed well I still keep them in. Everyone who has pierced me were very nice and welcoming. Coming back for my septum today!!!!

I'm a single mother of a beautiful and unique teenager. For her 13th birthday she got her nose pierced, followed by a helix piercing a few months later. Both piercings went quick and smoothly. The price was more than fair. I suggest leaving a reasonable tip, but it isn't required. Appointments for body modifications can be scheduled by phone or online and walk-ins are welcomed. Any specific artist can be requested upon availability. Both of my daughters piercing were done by Josh. He was absolutely professional, informative, and honest about the procedure. After the piercings, care instructions were thoroughly explained and questions were encouraged. We were also given a generous supply of the recommended cleaning agent for new piercings. It was free of charge! Mr. B's was my first choice for these piercings. They have been a local business for many years, and I have only heard good things about them. The staff are very knowledgeable, and I immediately felt like I could trust them inserting holes into my daughter's body 🤭 They expressed the importance of preventative care and healthy hygiene. We were advised to leave the new piercings in for 6 to 8 weeks. Regular cleaning and responsible care are expected, but accidents can occur. (** ALWAYS follow YOUR individual professional's recommendations) In the event that a piercing falls out, it may be difficult put back in for the first time. Accidental removal and jewelry change are offered of charge to my surprise . Of course we had an accident! One night my daughter accidentally pulled out her nose piercing. After a few tries, neither of us were successful reinserting it, and the store had just closed for the night. An uneasy feeling ran through my body; we wouldn't be able to go back until late the following afternoon. Closing time at the shop approached quickly the next day due to unexpected delays. Since the situation was time-sensitive, I nervously called the shop hopeing someone would be willing to help. To my dismay, the first employee answered and said we would have to wait. Then a voice spoke out in the background, and i was put on hold. I couldn't believe it. One of the artists had overheard and agreed to wait for us to get to the shop for assistance. When we arrived, one of one of the female tattoo artists quickly took us back to a procedure room and attempted to put the jewelry back into her nose. Since the piercing was fresh and had been out of place for several hours, the hole already began to close up. The entire piercing had to be repeated. The artist was so kind and didn't hesitate to redo the piercing. Despite all of the inconveniences, I was not charged at all. I was so grateful of her willingness to help us, and I thankfully tipped her. Customer service at Mr. B's is more than exceptional, and I'm am absolutely impressed with the shop entirely. The employees are kind, experienced, and all around great people in general. Their transcendent talent is reflected through the beautiful body art that they transfer onto their customers. I highly recommend Mr. B's Tattoo to all potential clients, both with experience or first timers. I hope they stay true to Overlea and stick around for many more years to come.

Safe, clean, wonderful staff. Went with my mum who is in her 70s and we got matching tragus piercings! Very quick and enjoyed our chat with the staff. Look forward to going back again.
