Pop's Tattoo

Sol is amazing. I came in with a terrible, super simple image as inspiration for my first ever tattoo and we had a quick chat, then when I came for my first session he had an amazing design that was complex and incorporated everything I asked for in a quartersleeve. He just has crazy design ability and the skill to execute it perfectly. I could not be happier with it and he made both sessions to get it done a breeze.

I went in for a navel piercing 3 months ago. I had it pierced by a woman that was so kind and professional. My piercing has healed beautifully!! No infections, no complications, just perfect. (I was told by 1 other piercer I didn’t have the anatomy for it at a different tattoo shop) he couldn’t have been more wrong. I’d come here for every single piercing over & over again. 10/10 (the picture is a week after getting it pierced)

Got a piercing done by Shannon. She was great and very knowledgeable and professional. I am definitely going back to get more. And the guy at front desk was also very nice!

I have been trying to find a new shop for piercings since I moved up from Virginia ~2 years ago and after looking at reviews I decided to book an appointment here. The moment I walked into the shop I knew I had made a great decision solely based on how I was greeted and the cleanliness/style of the shop. My original plan was to get a bridge piercing, but the guy (unfortunately I am very bad at remembering names but I presume he was the shop owner) who was going to do my piercing politely educated me on the complications I could have since the skin on the top of my nose was just barely enough for me to get it done. I ended up deciding to get my eyebrow pierced instead, but as I was signing the form I asked if he had any other recommendations and ended up getting the other side of my nose done as well. The whole process was very smooth and he told me everything he was doing as he was doing it, which I really appreciate. Both piercings were a lot less painful than my previous ones, which I was pleasantly surprised about and I feel like that just goes to show how precise he was. He even ended up taking a look at my septum piercing since it had been causing me problems and helped me get it swapped out to smaller jewelry which I am absolutely loving! He was very informative about aftercare and just had such an amazing attitude the entire time that I will definitely be keeping this place as my primary piercing shop for my future piercings. I 1000000% reccomend trying this place out if you are looking around like I was, you wont regret it!

Shannon is the best. She’s thoughtful about what piercings are safe and honest about it in a way few piercers are. She helped me out with a tricky embedded piercing (and also gave me a few piercings). She even checked in on me later. She’s kind and competent, as well as communicative. I really trust her. Also, pops has gotta be one of the more reasonably priced spots I’ve found, but it’s no less professional, clean, or high quality. I’m not going to get pierced anywhere else!
