I recently had two Tattoos done one from Charles and one from Hunter. I was so impressed with the work they did. I would highly recommend either one of these artists, I had one Tattoo that was done by Charles not only did he refresh what was there but also added things all I can say is WOW ! Hunter reworked and added to my second Tattoo and he added additional color and detail and this thing looks awesome. So glad I chose this shop.

I’ve been going to Westminster Tattoo Company for over a year now. I have right now 21 tattoos 19 of those tattoos are from Westminster Tattoo Company. Beth Kennedy is an exceptional tattoo artist I’m so glad she was recommended to me. Her team of tattoo artists are very talented also. I loss my husband a year ago and it was very hard on me, I was at a loss and didn’t know what to do without him it hurt so much and that’s when I decided to tell my story, it comes out in my tattoos, I call it my therapy. If I’m having a bad day I go get a tattoo and it’s amazing how much better I can feel afterwards. I absolutely will not go anywhere else. Westminster Tattoo Company is My Happy Place!!!

Don't go here you'll have to go somewhere else and get a cover up. They do not stand by their work wouldn't even refund my money after horrible tattoo that was done. Very unprofessional. Other local tattoo shops said they have had to fix and cover up stuff from them before smh.

I have contemplated leaving this review for a while since I received a piercing back in March. I now believe it is good to be honest about getting pierced here so that others are warned before a having potential bad experiences. I was pierced by Maria and was comfortable at first because of a previous piercing done by her before. The piercing I received in March was a far different experience compared to what I had the first time coming in. While piercing my Medusa Maria messed up and cut my skin above my lip so that blood was shooting into my face while she commented I looked like I was “mauled by a bear.” It took several minutes to get the blood to stop and once it did my face and glasses were covered in blood. She was apologetic and I thought the worse was over so I paid for the piercing and left. The next day I woke up with intense swelling in my mouth and the post of the jewelry had become imbedded into the inner skin of my upper lip. I was freaked out and went back to Westminster Tattoo Company to see what they could do. Maria helped me again and took the piercing out. She offered for me to come back in a month after healing and I wouldn’t have to pay for the jewelry the second time. I thought about coming back for weeks and decided I would not feel comfortable getting a piercing again from Maria or anyone at the Westminster Tattoo Company. I have since heard numerous other bad experiences at this location and do not feel comfortable coming back.

I came here last year to get my eyebrow pierced by Ethan, it went really well and healed perfectly. Because of that good experience I came back again to get my belly button pierced a few months ago. There was a different piercer, I think her name is Maria. Not even 2 weeks after I got my belly button pierced I had to go to another shop to get it taken out. It was pierced crooked and the bar that was put in was far too small to let the piercing heal correctly. For the price that it was I would expect a more accurate placement and better service. edit: After leaving this review, they reached out to me and offered a free service to redo the navel piercing that was incorrectly done. In place of that I wanted to get my septum done. Understanding that the service would be free, and I’d pay for the jewelry. Sabrina, the piercing manager, was the one to do this piercing for me. Which I greatly appreciate. She also addressed many of my concerns from my previous experience. However, the jewelry that I picked out for my septum, was not the jewelry that she put in. Along with that the jewelry on its own was $35. $35 for jewelry that I didn’t want, and frankly do not care for. While I understand that there’s certain jewelry that will accommodate the healing process, I was never informed that she was just switching it. What was the point of having me pick out jewelry if you’re not going to use what I pick? Oh and another thing to mention, I got this septum piercing done 2 days ago and both balls weren’t screwed on all the way and have fallen out several times. Honestly, it’s on me for coming back time and time again and expecting a better experience. If you’re looking to get a piercing done, I’d recommended looking into other shops in the area.
