Rude over the phone I was curious about tattoo material and the rates and they hung up on me. How do you expect good business with poor customer service

I came to this place to have a consultation with Jeremy He says he charges $800 a session I was planning to do my chest and my full arm And he said that he would take between three and four sessions We ended up having eight sessions And I paid $800 per session, which is absolutely ridiculous While he was doing my tattoo by mistake, the needle hit my finger and he wanted to correct it by making small tattoo on my finger And that tattoo on my finger Got erased 50% of its color and he does not agree to go over it even though it was his fault A very big disappointment

I went in for a navel piercing with Leo and had such a great experience! He was incredibly kind and professional from start to finish. He explained the entire aftercare process clearly and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. He even made light conversation to calm my nerves, which I really appreciated. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and their experience. He was honestly very gentle, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of.
