I had an ex bring me here to get a side piece covered up by a man named Chris. Considering how long ago this has been now , I don't even know if he's still works there , but I do know that he only worked there on the weekend. This tattoo was paid for in full as for the tattoo that my ex got on his hand. After getting the outline finished, all attempts to contact Chris to schedule.Another session were ignored, not responded to then I started calling the shop and leaving messages never once.Did I get a response?This has been years at this point when I finally see the fact in the Facebook post, I attempted to reach out to get some kind of response at all.I'm told, is it's the wrong tattoo shaft.No it's definitely not. And your poor customer service and lack of communication you know right to insult somebodys intelligence. Horribly , unprofessional , I start goes very clean , decent work , getting pushed out , but the customer service absolutely ridiculous. Not even a response back , not once , not one message answered , not one call back , nothing. For a tattoo that was completely paid for.

Went in today with my 15 year old to get her ears done. I reached out to the shop before hand and Gary personal and both the shop and Gary got back to me in a timely manner. They answered all my questions and super helpful. When it came to the piercing part Gary was super nice, helpful, and open to alterations with placement. My daughter was nervous but he was super reassuring and kind which is great. He didn't rush which personal I really appreciated. Over all 10/10 experience would DEFINITELY recommend and he has returning clients in us.

Today I went in to see Gary to get nip piercings! I’ve been pierced here before as well when I got my Medusa piercing. Gary is always great, quick and efficient! He shows genuine care. I would 10/10 recommend him for all your piercings !!!! 😊🙂

I called about getting a daith piercing. The woman on the phone was extremely nice and helpful. Gary did my piercing and he was absolutely wonderful. He created a comfortable environment- walked me through the process, made conversation with me and answered all of my 50 million questions. I would highly recommend.

Great place, very clean, has very friendly and helpful artists. Did a great job working with me on pinning down a great design I love and will enjoy forever without charging me an arm and a leg. Would highly recommend going here to anybody I know.
