The quality does not match the cost. My sister and I had planned on getting certain tattoos together for a long time. I looked around and found Josh Schrieber. His work looked great!! I reached out for a cost. The cost matched what we saw. So we made an appointment. We asked about maybe using two artists so we could get them at the same time because we weren’t sure how long they would take. Josh said he’s quick and it wouldn’t take long for both of us. He was right, it didn’t take long. Which shows in the quality of the art. We both designed our own, similar in some ways. My sister asked for a few specific modifications, and he didn’t do any of them. He just picked art from online and smashed it together. I had to go back for a touch up because some of the ink didn’t take. Wasn’t sure if that was normal because it was a foot tattoo. I had no issues at all with any of my other tattoos, but I got them from other artists. I reached out to Josh and he said it’s possible it wouldn’t stay. We eventually chalked it up to having to wear socks and shoes about a week after I got it done. He offered to touch it up. I got that done a month ago. When I went in for the touch up, I asked if he needed the picture so it would be the way I wanted it (to match). He said he didn’t need it. And it shows. All he did was draw lines. He didn’t shade it or make it right. Picture #1–I designed and wanted some creative way to intertwine the stem and the lettering. If you look, I got a line. We got our tattoos on 11/24/25. Picture #2–shows the word rise and part of the butterfly is not completely there. This is a month after it was done. A month after getting it done. Picture #3–is the one from the touch up that was done on 1/8/26. If you zoom in on the words you can see it’s just lines. Picture #4 are a combo of what my sister wanted and what she got. Very disappointed because this one had a lot of meaning to me and my sister.
