When I came to the store he was very informative and helpful with what I wanted for a piercing since I was still stuck on deciding, and very talkative which I LIKED bc I was very nervous at the time. He fixed something I made a mistake about and was very nice about it even tho it was on me. For piercing for 19 yrs he definitely knows what he’s doing and it shows. Definitely recommend this place for piercings , even some wild ones if you will ! UPDATE:: healing process was smooth as can be, he did flawless work. Honestly I was so worried but it was great I even got to downsize in like a month.

My daughter is 12 and has a phobia to needles, but she has wanted her ears pierced for such a long time. She finally got the courage to do it. She was so anxious and there were tears, but Tom was extremely good with her. He knew exactly how to act without babying her or making her feel bad. He kept her distracted with jokes and had it done before she even knew it. We definitely recommend him for kids with anxiety!

I had an amazing experience with Tom today. He is one of the best and most professional piercers I have been to. The appointment was quick and he had such a great energy throughout the entire process. Not to mention my rook piercing looks fantastic. I will definitely be back.
