Booked an appointment, but nobody was at the shop upon arrival. She was also not answering calls. After asking neighbouring shop owners, I was informed that she is rarely present at the shop.

Chay was very kind. He helped me feel comfortable. I had my ears repierced after many years. Needle was much better than piercing gun. Earrings were beautiful. Priced appropriately! :) Highly recommend.

Chay was amazing with his services. I went to see him in the end July for helix and rook piercing. He advised me regarding the placement of my helix so that it would work well with my rook aesthetically. He used a clean needle and gloves, guided me with breath work before each piercing, and made sure the bleeding had subsided before advising me on proper aftercare. I definitely recommend Chay! I look forward to coming to him for future piercings.

Chay was incredible! Explained everything to my 10 yo daughter, not just us as parents. He took the time to ensure the piercings were in the same place on both ears. Was quick, clean, and professional. Highly recommend
