Michelle did my eyebrows and eyelashes. I was really struggling mentally with loosing my natural eyelash and eyebrow hair. Regular makeup was just not working for me so I contacted Michelle for help. She was so kind and understood how important it was for me to look like myself again. She really listened to what I wanted and I can not be more grateful. Sometimes I forget I have tattoos on my face and that is exactly what I wanted.

She took the time to discuss everything so we were both on the same page. She took care with correcting the problems and I couldn’t be happier. Michelle is honest, patient, truthful and continues to have your best interest in mind when suggesting and/or making decisions. I’ve been Michelle’s client since 2020 and not only have I had Powder Brows done by her as well my touchups, I’ve had the Permanent Lip Blush done as well as many conversations on whether to do Lash Lifts/Tints and Brow Laminations. Starting in 2025, I started booking appts. with Michelle do my Lash Lift & Tint and she has top quality products and is very experienced on making your Lash Lifts/Tints look natural and spectacular. I had someone else, prior to her, give me a Lash Lift & Tint and it was not natural looking and my lashes were overly curled/permed and crunched together. Michelle’s products and experience make all the difference. Then this month, July 2026, I decided, after many conversations with Michelle, to try the Brow Lamination and Tint. I was hesitant since I wanted it to look natural since I don’t wear makeup, just skincare, and Michelle did a superb job. I’m very happy and pleased I did it because now every 4.5 weeks I get my Last Lift/Tint & I’ll be getting the Brow Lamination every 4-8 weeks. It’s definitely worth it. Michelle’s website is filled with pertinent and transparent information and she also provides free consults. She’s a pleasure to see and chat with on our appts. She will never steer you wrong. She appreciates her clients and shows it. All of the above matters to me and I will always be a loyal and appreciative client because of her experience, her integrity, her kindness and so much more. People like Michelle are hard to find and when you find them you’ve hit the jackpot. I’m grateful I found her and also call her a friend. I highly recommend Michelle and all her services.

I LOVE my powder brows by Michelle! They look so natural! She gave my brows a little lift that look fantastic! I love that my closest friends and family didn't notice a drastic change from my eyebrow pencil work (which I have been doing for years due to thinning brows). Michelle is true, blue awesome! I was recommended to her by my bestie who had seen her for another service. I came to Michelle with a 2 year old light grey color lash liner that had been done by an aestheticion who was a pioneer in having Maryland recognize the industry of aesthetics. The first time l went to this person her machine was down and she applied ink by hand. The second time she retouched by machine. The third time she had forgotten of our appointment and attended to me however l was not pleased as it was not as thick of a line that l wanted. Michelle is above all a professional, detailed, upfront and means business. At the same time, makes you feel at ease, super easy to talk with, very accommodating, and leaves no stone unturned. I had an amazing experience at Haiku Ink with Michelle! She took the time to do a Zoom consultation beforehand, which made me feel comfortable and well-prepared. On the day of my appointment, she carefully explained the process and penciled my eyebrows to ensure the perfect shape. The procedure was surprisingly painless, and her attention to detail is outstanding. Her studio is beautiful calm, peaceful, and very relaxing. Afterwards, she thoroughly explained the aftercare and scheduled a follow-up, which I really appreciated. I only wish I had found her sooner! Michelle is truly the best.
