I had stephanie do a re-pierce and removal for me and it was the worst experience I’ve had. It’s like she didn’t want to be there at all. She was being very rough compared to the other better experiences I’ve had especially with ashlynn. If you come here, just don’t have work done by stephanie!!

I had the opportunity to stop by this location for an ear piercing. I was greeted by Ella and Stephanie once I walked in. They both explained everything pertaining to the service that I requested. I was a bit nervous going into the service. However, Stephanie put me at ease with her calm demeanor. The piercing was so quick and painless, I was embarrassed for being nervous. Overall, I was met with exceptional customer service. My piercings came out perfect.

in febuary i had my septum and navel pierced by kira and the entire session went amazing . I was pretty nervous but she reassured me and walked me through everything. She was quick and precise from years of experience and will definitely be going again!

This was my third tattoo done at this shop and Kaitlyn has been the one to take care of me every single time. Her work is phenomenal. Very comforting and very communicative during the whole process.
