Had a stuck conch piercing and saw Jason to get it removed and replaced. He was super welcoming and understanding, and did not make me feel stupid for the admittedly dumb decision I made in putting new jewelry in too soon. Pricey, but worth it for the service + experience. Would save up to go back again!

Had a great experience! I had lost one of the balls on my septum piercing. Vic was very professional and quickly matched the color and size and replaced it. My piercing was good as new in no time! Would recommend

Matt has been an absolute pleasure to work with this year. After having a very disappointing & negative experience with a previous tattoo artist, Brian, who worked at Old Town Ink in DuPont Circle, I was looking for someone I could truly trust—and Matt has been exactly that. This was my third appointment with him as we continued bringing my half-sleeve vision to life, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Matt took my ideas and transformed them into a beautiful piece of art that exceeded my expectations. It looks like I’ll be back for one final session to fill in a small space and complete the vision. I’ve already recommended Matt to everyone who’s asked for a tattoo artist, and I’ll continue to do so with confidence. My experience was great! I had Rubio as an artist and he did a great job! He was responsive and communicative during the whole process. The shop is fine, it's pretty standard and clean. My tattoo came out so clean and really well done. Rubio killed it and I could see his passion come out which was cool. I could tell that he liked the tattoo and enjoyed doing it. But yeah he was really cool, professional, and did a great job! I'm planning on coming back to Rubio for my next tattoo.

Brian did an amazing job! He is incredibly detail oriented and extremely hygienic - everything in his station was pristine. He is such an artist! The tattoos came out perfectly!!! The only constructive feedback I have is around appointment time…he was running late for both our appointments, so my partner had to leave early to get our kids, which was kind of a bummer since we were getting tats together, but they turned out perfectly, so I’m happy!!! If I get another one, I’d go back!!!
