Second Son Tattoo

Had Biggie tatttoo my best friend and I. Had such a great experience. Biggie is so kind and helpful, very fun to chat with, and his work is awesome. Super grateful to have such beautiful artwork to share with my best friend.

Memo and his staff are incredible! They are all very talented artists and I have nothing but good things to say about the shop. My siblings, friends and I have all gotten tattoos from Second Son and we have been completely satisfied with the work every time. I would certainly recommend going here if you live in the DMV area. I give only 3 because the tattoo was acceptable and done good but make sure when you get a quote for the price to confirm it. The artist said at first that its gonna b paid per hourly rate and that the tattoo gonna take 3hours despite it is fine line and small. I agreed after the work was done in 30min she said that no she is charging per small sign so I have to pay the full amount. I don’t know if all the artists deals with the same way or just I got robbed. I paid the fully price and for sure never getting back again.

As someone who came to Second Son with 13 tattoos already from various artists, I was so astounded by the experience I had with Kayla. Her professionalism, kindness, patience, and the sheer reassurance she gave me to ensure I absolutely LOVED my stencil and tattoo will stick with me forever. She took her time talking me through the design, helped me place it, told me the pros and cons of smaller/bigger sizes, and really made me comfortable to speak up with what I do/don’t want. When it was time to tattoo, she allowed me to disassociate and they even had a TV to watch things on to distract you. The entire experience was incredible from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier and more in love with my tattoo. You absolutely pay for incredible quality here, like how do you tattoo small ribs that intricately?!? I can’t recommend them enough, thank you so much!
