From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of amazing. The booking process with Joanna was smooth, professional & she answered every question I had along the way. When it came time for my appointment, Alena exceeded every expectation. She created a beautiful black & grey memorial tattoo for my dog, Dexter, & somehow captured his personality so perfectly that it brought LITERAL tears to my eyes. Her attention to detail, artistry & professionalism are truly unmatched. Throughout the 7.5-hour session, she made sure I was as comfortable as possible, checked in on me regularly, we took breaks & took her time to ensure every detail was just right. The studio was clean, welcoming & had a relaxing atmosphere. All of the tattoo artists there genuinely care about both their clients & the quality of their work. This tattoo means the world to me & I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful tribute to my baby boy, Dexter. If you’re looking for an artist who is incredibly talented, patient & passionate about what they do, I can’t recommend Alena & her team enough. Yadi did an amazing job on my tattoo! ⭐️This was my very first tattoo, and she made the whole experience so comfortable and welcoming from start to finish. She really listened to my ideas and helped bring to life a tattoo that means so much to me in memory of my father who passed away. She was patient, professional, and made sure I felt relaxed throughout the entire process.🧘🏻‍♀️ The tattoo came out even better than I imagined, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
