I got a cartilage piercing and had a wonderful overall experience. I felt very welcomed by the staff, who were very friendly. The piercer was very thorough and made sure I was getting what I wanted. He was very professional and walked me through all the steps of the process. It was quick and easy and would definitely recommend this place!

got a nose piercing from Mr. Ink and I could not recommend him more!! he was very nice, walked me through the process, and the piercing itself was nearly painless. could definitely feel how caring him and his apprentice were. I did hit a minor snag since he cancelled the first time around, but he was amazing about calling me back to reschedule and gave me a discount on top of that. wonderful service, definitely come here if you want to get a piercing!!!

I an extremely disappointing experience with this tattoo artist. The initial session went fine, but within a couple of weeks it became clear that a small part of the tattoo needed a minor touch-up. Nothing major—just a simple fix that would have taken less than 2 minutes. When I reached out, I was surprised by how dismissive they were. Instead of standing behind their work, they said I would have to pay to have it fixed. . Most reputable artists offer touch-ups within a reasonable timeframe, especially when it’s something small and clearly related to the original work. It left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client. Good customer service matters just as much as the artistry. Unfortunately, this experience didn’t reflect that at all. I wouldn’t go back or recommend them based on how this situation was handled.

After years of thinking about getting a tattoo and brainstorming ideas, I finally settled to go with Mr. Ink after seeing his incredible work on Instagram. This was my first experience receiving a tattoo and Josue was amazing, informative and very personable from beginning to end! He brought my ideas to life and the end result was not only beautiful but has brought my vision to a meaningful reality for a lifetime. I am incredibly happy with the service here. The environment was very clean, comfortable and accommodating. Angie greeted me the second I walked in the door and provided valuable insight as well. Thank you everyone!

I came in nervous to get my septum pierced but Mr Ink was patient and attentive. He walked me through the process slowly, making sure i knew what was gonna go on. When I felt feint , he stopped and wouldn’t continue until I felt better. The whole crew was amazing and professional. They made me feel welcomed and like family. 10/10 would recommend for any piercing or tattoo. Definitely looking forward to coming back :)
