My brother in law and I recently fulfilled our promise to get Eagles tats to celebrate the Super Bowl win. We were walked through the design by the owner and then received a fair price. Chris did outstanding work and there was little to no pain. Better yet, no scabbing or flaking. Will definitely be back!

Coming to tattoo oceans is a MUST here in Atlantic City because of the amazing customer service since they make you feel right at home & most especially how Rebecca is extremely patient with you throughout the process. We will definitely be coming back because of our tattoo baby lol
