Me and my husband went in vacation to Atlantic City and we found Ned to do tattoos in us. He was so amazing, so kind, and he understood everything we wanted. If I have another opportunity to do tattoos with him I’m gonna be so glad! Thank you so much!!!😊

Ned is amazing, super clean. It was my wife's first tatoo, and Ned put her at ease. Since I was there, I got one as well. Very affordable. I will definitely be back.

I got my first tattoo at Black Spades Studio and it was an amazing first experience! Ned was very personable, down to earth, and easy to talk to. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I’ll be going to him for all my next tattoos.
