I had such a great experience at this tattoo shop! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The shop was clean, comfortable, and had such a great atmosphere. My tattoo came out absolutely beautiful, and I’m so happy with how it turned out! The artist was patient, paid attention to detail, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. You can really tell they care about their work and their clients. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking to get a tattoo. I’ll absolutely be coming back for my next one!

I’m not sure if I’ve reviewed Iron Thorn before but I’m headed there today to continue work on an arm piece with Alexus. This is my third tattoo with her (I drive up from Philly) and I don’t feel any burning desire to go anywhere else. Alexus is amazing. Talented, gentle, focused on your comfort. I have chronic back pain and she remains conscious of this, giving me options for sitting positions to minimize this pain. She is also so interesting to talk to and we go on and on about books, the state of the world, TTRPGs, etc. though it is equally comfortable to sit quietly in the moment. My sense is that Alexus’s approach to her work and her clients is indicative of the shop standard. Iron Thorn is a cozy, welcoming space, and the artists seem to like and respect each other, and in this environment they are able to do the best for their clients.

I had an amazing experience with Natalie from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Natalie did amazing work, paid close attention to every detail and I couldn't be happier with my tattoo. I highly recommend Iron Thorn to anyone looking for high quality tattoo work in a clean, professional, and friendly environment. Thanks again, Natalie! I'll definitely be returning for future tattoos.

I got an lovely tattoo by Connor at the shop. It's one of my favorites! She is an amazing tattoo artist and soooooo nice! I've met many of the other artist at the shop and they are also so nice. They really care about their craft and their clients! Thank you so much!

5 stars. Had an appointment the other day for my first tattoo and have nothing but good things to say about my experience! From the moment I reached out, all the way through the work being done, was an awesome experience. I decided to work with Chloe and she was absolutely awesome! She was incredibly patient, easy to work with, and is a really cool person. She answered all my questions, never seemed bothered, took the idea I had, and ran with it. When I got there she had 3 designs ready for me to choose from and I had the hardest time picking! I did not feel rushed at all, was given all the time I needed, and decided to go simpler for my first. I brought ear buds but didn't even need them since we chatted pretty much the whole time (sorry for being so chatty!), which I think helped make the experience a lot more pleasant than expected. I figured I'd be in pain but Chloe's work was smooth and I felt little pain. From the moment I got to the shop everyone was incredibly friendly, from the woman at the front desk, to all the others I interacted with. The shop is clean, cozy, and full of warmth. I can see why the reviews are all so good. I will totally go back to Iron Thorn for my next piece! I would work with Chloe again but also know I'd be in good hands with any of the other artists. Thanks, Chloe, for making my first experience a great one!
