Horrible place especially with the 2 lady’s that was there then accuse me of stealing and then wouldn’t allow me or my child to leave I literally had to push through the men that was there push him out the way as much money i spent in this store I will never be Returning there and then are Extremely expensive and taxes way to much I be taking my business to hair world

I have been a loyal customer at Lana’s for over 3 years. Which is why the experience I had yesterday was so disappointing. I was shopping as I normally do and noticed the owner and young women who works there were watching me pretty hard on the camera. When I asked them why or if I had done something to gain that level of suspicion. I was met with indifference and passive aggressiveness. Many of you may not think this is a big deal but ask yourself if as a loyal customer you have not gained a level of trust with the establishment in which you are supporting. Then is it really a place you would like to support? Many of these establishments build their businesses off the backs of hard working people whom they don’t trust. I decided not to support them anymore and decided to take my business to “hair world” on Union Blvd where there is always a greeting and loyal customers are not met with disrespect and suspicion. But with respect and gratitude.

I love this store ! There’s kind employees and great product in here, there’s also always a kind employee handing you a shopping basket

I went to get my regular charcoal face mask today but the nice guy working there suggested this so here I go plus I help some pick out a wig that fits her face and complexion.

I was approached by the guy standing at the door and told "I couldn't eat food in the store or I would have to leave". When all I did was pour a few mini m&ms in my sons cup holder and threw a few in my mouth before I closed it.
