PANACHE SALON AND SPA

I had a VERY bad haircut AND color done at another salon. (My hair had no color in it and was to the middle of my back when I went in). When I called the other salon they were not able to get me in for another week and I was honestly afraid to go back seeing how they confidently let me leave the first time around. Embarrassed and not feeling comfortable waiting that long and afraid of what I would even get when I did go back l, I called panache to see if they were able to help. Jessica at panache worked her magic and although it’s not what I originally wanted (thanks to the first salon) Jessica gave me something uniform in color, and a cut that does not look chopped when I wear it down! The layers sit nicely and my hair has shape. It’s definitely shorter and not perfect but again she was very transparent that she was not promising perfection just something better. I feel she delivered and then some! Jess was able to make me feel comfortable walking around until it grows out again! Thank you Jessica! I’m going to add photos of what I went in with and how I left. The top is my before, you can see how yellow the hair was at the top how white the underside was, the striping despite clearly saying I did not want stripes and I wanted it to be able to grow out nicely. You can also see how choppy the cut is and the actual hole in my haircut. The after is what Jessica was able to do! What a difference! My hair lays nicely the color is one tone now, and uniform looking! I’m amazed at the magic she worked and how quickly she was able to achieve this! I’m very thankful for the fix!

I loved going to Panache for massages and facials for many years. Decided to book a haircut but it was a disaster both times. The first time I waited for over half an hour with no explanation. When it was my turn to go back, the stylist just rushes me back with no apology or explanation. When I complained about this, the salon graciously offered me a free haircut. It was scheduled for 9:15 in the morning. I show up at 9:10. Am still not taken back at 9:30. They tell me it's going to be another 20 minutes. It is not acceptable to regularly run a half hour+ late for scheduled appointments. What kills me is that as a customer you have to pay a deposit--and if you don't show up or are more than 15 minutes late, YOU get charged. But they can keep you waiting however long they want. I am returning to my old salon, which is much less expensive and never kept me waiting once in the 10+ years I've been a client.

This was the first time my daughter had a salon experience and Panache did not disappoint. She felt so comfortable and at home here. Kristina did such an amazing job with my kiddo and made her feel like a beauty queen. She checked in with her every step of the way. Her nails, hair cut and color were just phenomenal. We really appreciate the level of service from her and the Panache staff!

This was my first experience at panache salon. I normally go to another Salon/spa. From the beautiful interiors, tranquil settings, and amenities this is my new place to go! From the time I walked through the door to the time I left, I was treated with the utmost kindness and care. I will definitely be a regular here!! My wonderful boss recommended Panache and gave me a gift card to try it out. And he is right this is a fantastic place! I had a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed and can’t wait to go back again!

My name is Liv, and I always get my eyebrows waxed here by Amanda and have the absolute BEST experience every time! I have a terrible habit of picking at them and she never judges and makes sure they look perfect every time. I feel like a whole new person when I walk out of there. Natalie at the front desk always greets me and takes the best care of me too, she never forgets my can of Coca Cola! I absolutely recommend this place to everyone I know!
