Express Yourself Tattoos & Body Piercing

I had my ears reopened at Express Yourself Tattoo and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Before my appointment, I received one price over the phone. When I arrived, the pricing was explained differently, and my final total was approximately $109, which was much higher than I expected. I have since requested an itemized breakdown of the charges. Within two days, one of the earrings came apart during normal wear. I contacted the studio immediately and spoke with the piercer, Destiny. She asked me to send photos and told me someone would call me back shortly. I sent the requested photos, but I never received the promised follow-up. Because this was a newly reopened piercing, the delay mattered, and the piercing closed while I was waiting for a response. When I later spoke with the studio, I was told that no refund would be provided because I declined to return to the shop, despite explaining that I could not afford additional transportation and no longer felt comfortable returning after the experience. I also requested a copy of the agreement I signed and an itemized bill. I understand that every business has policies, but I was disappointed by the lack of follow-up and how my concerns were handled. I cannot recommend this experience based on my own.

OMG! this was the BEST place to go. I had the piecer named, Justin! He was so kind and very helpful with his instructions on aftercare. During my piercing I was feeling SO incredibly nervous. Thankfully Justin was my piercer so he told me we could sit take breaths until i was ready. I felt so comfortable with him. i would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get a piercing. The environment was clean, calm and friendly!

Walked into my appointment early and the piercer took me right away even though I was 30 min early! Bethany pierced my tongue and eyebrow, she did an amazing job and is so extremely nice. Bethany was so comforting, didn’t rush at all and was extremely thorough with what she was doing and why she was doing it. I’ve been going to a piercer in North Tonawanda for 3 years but I’m switching because of Bethany. Wouldn’t go to anyone else piercings came out amazing and she did an amazing job highly recommend!

Grave aka Dave is amazing! Hes doing my sleeve now.. ive been coming to Express yourself for years for piercings and tattoos.. the piercing part is extremely knowledgeable and helpful ,the tattoo part is amazing . I have to recommend grave because hes who ive seen ..
