Holy Ground Tattoos

They have some good artists with different styles I've seven tattoos from here and plan to get more.

I like the top half of this tattoo but I think the bottom is horrible to be honest. I didn’t want to leave a bad review because all the artists were very nice but I am just not happy with it since I’ve had it. It’s been two years since I got it and I don’t even want to take my shirt off STILL because of the tattoo. It was only $700 to be fair, that being said maybe only half of the tattoo should’ve been done but it’s too late.

I went for a tattoo on September 1st. 2022. My artists name was Cat. (The owners daughter) I came in with a photo of the specific Tattoo I wanted and had it placed over an extremely faded fine line tattoo. I have numerous tattoos on my body and Know what I am looking for when getting one. This tattoo was frankly awful. There is minimal attempt at covering up. The lettering is unreadable, the piece itself was executed poorly. I let it settle for a few days and then contacted the shop again, I spoke with a young man who answered the phone. Politely outlined my concerns for this piece, and he said he would have the owner contact me within 1.5 days. That was September 10th. I appreciated the idea that I could correct this tattoo and waited for a response from the owner. I never heard back and on the 14th of September I called again, Cat answered the phone, I explained my concerns and she offered solutions but I expressed that I was not comfortable with her doing the work moving forward. I then spoke with Mark the owner, it was a quick but polite conversation where he advised me to come in so he can see the work and make a plan for correcting it. He had at this time taken ownership of this work. I went in on Thursday the 15th of September, I arrived and he informed me that Cat would be fixing my tattoo, I expressed that I was not comfortable with that and he got unprofessional and nasty. He cursed at me several times, because I said that If he insisted she do my rework that I would not be coming back and I would post a review. I am not some Karen, out to make business hard for people, this could have been an easy fix but was handled completely unprofessionally. I am a respectable great grand mother in our community (a 420 friendly great grandmother) and was brought to tears by a man who spoke to me horrifically. I promptly left the shop, informed my children what had happened, waited a few days in hopes that they would reach out and we could come to an agreement. This is my honest review. I would not go back, my experience was awful and so was my tattoo. I can’t speak for marks work or the other artists but I am understandably disappointed in Cats work and her professionalism.

Took my daughter here to get matching tattoos! 😁💕😊Awesome location, clean and comfortable atmosphere!! Seen the same artist, Mark, that has done ink for me before and I can honestly say I will continue to seek him out for any ink I’m needing. ❤️ ♥️ ❤️
