Got my piercings done two weeks ago, and came back today to get my jewelry changed. No posted signage or posts online about a closure, yet all the doors are locked and lights are off at 2:30pm. Hours are supposed to be 1-6. Piercings were good, disappointed about taking an hour out of my day for a round trip to find that they’re closed. Edit: Updating to one star because of the profoundly unprofessional response. You told me to come back after two weeks, then proceeded to not even be there for YOUR POSTED HOURS. If they’re subject to change, don’t post your hours. No one come here, this guy is an overgrown child. Common sense would dictate that you show at your posted hours. By the way, I DID call. Several times. You people never answered and your voicemail isn’t setup. Edit 2: Bro made an edit days later just to add a 100 emoji I'm crying

For many years I had ALOT of piercings wheb i became a mom I removed most of them so my little one didnt pull them out. My previous shop closed so I was looking for somewhere new, I am thrilled with my experience here. God my tragus same day that I called to check the price and price was amazing at that. When I went in it took maybe 5 min, he kindly guided me to the room marked asked if it was a good spot and bing bang boom done. I am someone who doesnt want a count down just do it lol. I will be going here to get mine done from now on. Update: got alot more 🤣 still stands this guys amazing, will be back again

My friend and I went for the BOGO sale. We were honestly very nervous about going after reading all the bad reviews. We both got our nose and a piercing in our ear, he was very good about making sure we liked the placement, and with the nose he asked if we planned to switch to a hoop or not and gave us specific jewelry for that. He did the piercing very quickly and painlessly. He gave us ample time to check out our new piercings and time to recover before paying. He did not except tips but I definitely would have given him one he did such a good job! Overall a great experience and will definitely be coming back!

horrible experience, he did my piercing completely wrong jewelry for the type of lip piercing i got because he said that all he had was a small size and that even though the piercing was lodged inside my lip and outside my lip , will NEVER go there again i wish they would just close , the guy who had to redo my piercing said that im not the only person to come and get a piercing redone or something going wrong from him so i think i will never go back worst 60 ive ever spent i hope they lose all their business. you couldn’t even see the piercing even when the swelling went down.

James was absolutely wonderful! He was very intentional about explaining the process and also giving his professional opinion when asked. Piercings were extremely affordable and I will never go anywhere else in Buffalo for a piercing! Great job James!!
