Good piercing experience, clean room and lobby, guy was friendly and calm throughout which helped my nervous teen. My only issue was with their expectations for tipping. I tapped my card and a $0.00 tip screen came up. I’ve never seen a setup like that and I hit the green button thinking it would reset it and allow me to enter the tip. It didn’t and it just completed the transaction. Just as I was reaching for my wallet to grab cash for the tip the lady working at the counter glared at me, scoffed, rolled her eyes, and handed me the receipt while suddenly refusing to make eye contact (she had been super friendly until that moment). I dropped my wallet back into my bag and left. The whole thing was uncomfortable and weird.

I had my ears pierced here in October 2025, and as of June 2026, they still have not fully healed. I followed all aftercare instructions provided by CowPok and have been very careful with my piercings. My initial visit cost $136.96 for a double lobe piercing and earrings of my choosing. A few months later, I was still experiencing bleeding and swelling, so I contacted the shop. They recommended switching to a shorter bar because the original earring back bar was longer than necessary, but I was charged an additional $43.50 for the change. I was never informed during the first appointment that this service would require an additional fee, so I assumed it was included in my initial payment. Unfortunately, my ears still have not fully healed. The extra charge felt excessive, especially since I returned because of ongoing issues with the original piercing. During the earring post change, I expressed that the process was painful, but my concerns were ignored and the earring was pushed through anyway. It was an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. My ears continue to bleed, swell, and become painful. I have had my ears pierced before at a different place and never experienced these issues. Additionally, I never had to undergo a “earring post change” at the former piercing studio I visited. Felt more like an attempt to collect extra fees than a necessary part of the piercing process. I waited several months before writing this review so I could provide fair and accurate feedback. After spending over $180 and following all recommended aftercare instructions, I am still dealing with healing issues and am disappointed with both the service and overall experience.

I have had my piercing done 3 times because they keep piercing it crooked to the point where the backside overlaps with my other piercing. I spent $110 a couple months ago just for that shit to happen AGAIN?! I am deeply disappointed. Not only with the different people who have pierced my ear because the first person who did it wasn’t good, but the price as well. Literally just an earlobe for $110… when I went back in 2021 I got two piercings for that price. Not only are you over pricing for a poor job (when I even explained the situation to them). I wish I could get a refund because it’s not my fault but I know that’ll never happen.

Trevor was amazing!!! He explained the whole process very well. Everything felt very clean and sanitary. He changed his gloves multiple times during the whole appointment. Would definitely recommend!!

The girl at the front desk has an attitude and is rude. I immediately felt uncomfortable. Way too expensive for the service provided with rushed instruction on aftercare. Also would be nice if they provided pricing on the website or in store. Biggest turn off is the attitude from the start with the girl at the desk. No thanks!
