Joel was amazing!! He was so sweet and kind, stayed late and helped us with our design and took pictures of our matching friend tattoos. Lily was very nice and super sweet. They both gave food recommendations and sights to see while on our trip.

My fiancé and I came in for wedding band tattoos, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mupp was absolutely incredible. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel comfortable and genuinely cared about making the tattoos perfect. He took his time with the stencil, reworking it until every detail was exactly right instead of settling for “good enough.” That level of care and attention really showed in the final result. He absolutely nailed it. It’s exactly what I had envisioned. Beyond his talent, Mupp is just an incredibly kind person. We had such a great conversation while he was tattooing, and his genuine warmth made the whole experience even more memorable. Everyone else at the shop was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed from the moment we walked in. This was such a meaningful experience for us, and I’m so grateful we chose Timeless Ink. I highly recommend Mupp and the entire shop!

Lovely experience! All the artists were very friendly and funny which was nice. Joel killed it with my tattoos. I appreciated him taking his time to perfect his work. 10/10 recommend, go see him (: Update: Went for a second time back at it again with Joel! If google would let me give another 5 star review I would. His attention to detail is 👌

Courtney is amazing. Professional, sweet and kicks ass with her darks, colors and lines. When we come home to MA/NH, now living in FL, Courtney is always in our travel plans.
