I can't recommend working with Janella enough! Her creativity is always inspiring. Throughout the process she was supportive, patient, and present. She understood exactly what I was looking for, and her insight and skill are visible in all of the pieces I've had done by her.

Janella did an amazing job with my tattoo! We spent twice as long working together to create the design as it took to actually tattoo me lol. I really appreciated how patient she was going back and forth until I was completely happy with the plan, even trimming the stencil to move things around when I wanted to change the placement of just one tiny piece. I knew I wanted someone great with fine detail work and most of the design ended up being just dots and negative space and she's the BEST artist I've seen when it comes to fine fine lines and dot work. 10/10 would visit again!

I got tattooed by Janella who did an amazing job! She is a gifted artist!!!! At my consultation she thoroughly listened to my ideas and was sure to ask many questions to make sure she could capture exactly what I wanted! Janella came up with the coolest design with the most amazing attention to detail. She checked in with me through the duration of the session to make sure I was happy with what I was seeing and if I wanted to add certain details. My tattoo came out amazing and healed so well! I was very comfortable and happy throughout my session. The studio itself was clean and all the staff were super friendly. It was an overall great experience and I have already contacted Janella to work with her again!!

My partner and I got matching flash from Janella and they came out sooooo cute! Janella is very kind and gentle, and the studio has a great style. We will definitely be going back!

Janella is an outstanding artist to work with because she is so multi-talented! It is rare to find an artist who can collaborate as thoroughly with other artists as she can, listening closely while still consistently maintaining her style. Her flash is incredible too so she also has wonderful and prolific ideas that she is always prepared for in case you aren't sure about what you want. Janella's work is highly personalized and stylistically dynamic, she knows how to translate a vision to the real life of a moving body making placement suggestions that show her training, skill, and background as an artist. She is gentle and thoughtful, and always does a good job of checking in with her clients. Janella is welcoming and open-minded, LQBTQIA+ friendly, and naturally seems to model trauma-informed care. The new studio she has joined is lovely, she seems to have cool colleagues, and a great workspace (although it is an open floor-plan- so plan accordingly if you have certain spatial sensory issues). I love working with Janella, I can't wait to keep on mapping out our creations! People always ask me about her work and I love to send them her way because I know she will take excellent care of them! 100/10 would recommend :)
