Awesome shop, very clean and nicely decorated waiting area. We came in from out of town and they were able to get my friend and I in for small tattoos which was awesome. Ash did an amazing job on my Mew tattoo and worked with my budget for the tattoo. Super happy with work! Would highly recommend this shop!

I get all of my piercings here! Helen is the best piercer I’ve ever had. I think I’ve gotten 8 piercings from her and all of my piercings have healed perfectly, NO infections. She is extremely nice and understanding, she guided me through every single piercings healing process and even gave me suggestions on how to clean my piercings. Additionally, the shop is extremely clean and all materials were shown to me before I was pierced. The needle is one time use and it is sterilized!

The cutest place and the piercer Helen was sooo good. It was my first piercing ever and i was so nervous but she made me feel so safe and calm!! she got it done so quick and guided me through the entireee process. a beautiful experience ♥️

I would not recommend this place. I added the reference photo I showed during the appointment because the top piercing was simply not the style I asked for. I wanted a more vertical / stacked placement closer to the rim, but I was given a traditional helix angle instead. There was a clear lack of communication about the final placement and angle. From the front it initially looked somewhat similar, but from the back the difference is very obvious. I have already retired it, which is extremely frustrating. —— I was getting multiple piercings done in one session, so I wanted to be careful about placement and safety. After one of my piercings bled more than expected, I asked whether the next placement should be checked with the light first. The piercer reacted defensively and said she would stop piercing me because I did not have “basic trust” in her and was questioning her. She also criticized me for asking to adjust the placement marks and for lightly lifting my ear so I could see the marking, saying it had to be re-cleaned and re-marked. I understand hygiene matters, but later she moved my hair with her gloved hands and continued the piercing, which felt inconsistent from a hygiene perspective. I was not trying to challenge her expertise. I was asking normal questions about safety, placement, and my own body. After that, I felt uncomfortable and afraid to ask more questions or request adjustments. ——— Update in response to the owner’s reply: First, I never asked for “pricing adjustments” or tried to negotiate the price. The small discount was offered by the studio because I was getting multiple piercings done, and I accepted it without asking for anything further. The final price difference was minimal, so I do not appreciate the implication that I was bargaining or being difficult about pricing. Second, I booked an appointment in advance and was never asked how many piercings I planned to get or informed about any time limitations before arriving. Since this was a multiple-piercing session involving placement planning, I do not think it is fair to imply that I improperly took up other clients’ time by asking questions and confirming placement before needles went into my body. My questions were about placement, bleeding, checking with the light, and jewelry sizing — all normal questions for a piercing appointment. After one piercing bled more than expected, I asked whether the next placement should be checked with the light first. That should not have been interpreted as “questioning professionalism.” After the piercer reacted defensively, she later apologized to me and said her daughter was sick and that she was in a bad mood that day. I understand that personal situations can be stressful, but that also confirms why I felt her emotions were brought into the appointment. As a client receiving a body modification service, I should not have been put in a position where normal safety questions were treated as a personal challenge. Finally, continuing the service after it had already started, or appearing polite when I left, does not mean I felt comfortable with how the situation was handled. I was in an unfamiliar environment, the piercings had already been done, and I simply wanted to avoid further conflict and leave. Being polite should not be used as proof that a client felt safe or respected. ——— Final update: I do not want to continue going back and forth, but I want to clarify a few points. I was not “consistently touching” my ear throughout the procedure. I lightly lifted my ear only because my ear sits close to my head and I could not see the placement marks otherwise. After it was re-cleaned and re-marked, I did not continue doing that. If touching the ear was a hygiene concern, the piercer could have proactively helped hold my ear forward with clean gloves so I could see the placement marks. Instead, she only came over to help after I politely asked, even though I had already explained that I could not s

My artist Eno who had been there for 3 years was super nice and accommodating down to free parking and music selection... I wanted a palm tree and I've always wanted a behind the ear tattoo so he did his thing on exact placement. His detail to his artistry did not go unnoticed by my friends and I. My tattoo was very decently priced for size and time. Shop minimum is $60 for tattoos. I will be back and hopefully Eno will be around!!!
