I Highly recommend Ross. She creates a very warm atmosphere and is super sweet. i've gotten my nostril done before and was anxious for it to hurt again but Ross is so quick and effortless that you don't feel a thing. Sam is also amazing and super helpful when you're confused/curious. I've gotten a total of 4 piercings from here and never had issues with the healing process or piercing process itself. I brought my 10 yr old daughter in for her 1st piercing. We had Sam and she was absolutely wonderful! She talked through everything with her and I and made her feel super comfortable. And the best part, there were no tears! Can't wait to come back for my littlest's ears when she's ready! Highly recommend!!

This place is amazing! Mary at the front desk is very friendly and helpful and made sure I was seen very quickly. My piercer, Jess, was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond for me.
