Lacquer Gallery TATTOO

Norang.. 100% recommend her. Let me tell you why! I have a nickel allergy and some tattoo inks have nickel. She took a lot of time contacting companies and looking into the MSDS paperwork (I think that's what it's called) for ingredient information. Then we had a thorough discussion about her findings. She still took her precautions a step further and we did a "test" tattoo. Very small, in all the colors we'd be using, to ensure I wouldn't have a reaction. I didn't (thankfully)! So we were able to proceed with the original planned piece. Then comes the planned piece. She did the beautiful sunflower bouquet on my forearm. She was meticulous with her attention to detail. It turned out PERFECT. She is so talented! Then the time we were together for the art. She literally took care of me. Through our time talking, she knew I had 2 young kids. She literally tucked me in with a cozy blanket and said she's taking care of me today. 🥰 We took breaks when I needed. She gave me space and patience to have a snack, use the restroom, and get some movement in. I loved my entire experience with Norang. I don't have any current ideas for other tattoos in mind but if/when I do, I would absolutely go back to her.

Well tomorrow I head in for my 3rd price from the studio, but my second from Kade. I have been raving about him since I got my first from him, this time it is the cover up that I have for almost 10 years now. He is funny, and amazingly talented. I felt no real pain (but that is just me and his lighter touch). He is now my only artist unless I want something he can't do. There was actually not a lot of plasma or anything as the tattoo healed, I was impressed, not sure if that was him or my skin or both.

Got our tattoos from Eric James he was professional, gave informative incite, and worked diligently and quickly. He made sure my first in house tattoo was a professional experience and they held the appointment throughout the brown outs that plagued the city for almost three full days. I’m pleased with the work and the healing process wasn’t too horrible

I started going here when I first moved to Columbus and pretty much exclusively go here to get tatted at this point. All the lovely humans at The Gold Room are amazing to talk to and are very well versed and experienced in tattoo and piercing culture. My only complaint is that I cannot add more stars. Can’t wait to go back :)

Jake is amazing, 10/10 recommend. He is a beacon of knowledge when it comes to tattooing (and video games, movies, music, etc!), and is so open to any and all ideas you might have to make sure you get exactly what you want! I love the new studio, it is clean and such a chill environment. I now have two from him, and I can't wait to get more from him!
