This place felt very manipulative. The staff is friendly and everything. That’s not the problem, maybe they are too nice which is how I got duped. they refuse to tell you that they DONT have a price per hour until after they put so much effort into designing the tattoo and placement. At that point I was too damn polite to say “that’s a ridiculous price!” I even asked if I could get the print done larger since it couldn’t possibly take long to do it and the manager said no. The next morning I realized I couldn’t even read it while wearing my glasses because the print was so small. The tattoo took roughly 30 min to complete, and I was charged over $600. The final product was ok, but for 12 words and less than an hour under the gun, it would have had to spectacular. It was not. I’ve never heard of a shop that didn’t work on an hourly rate. So when I first spoke to them and was ball parked less than half what it ended up costing, and then it was not executed well enough to not be 100% redone at my touch up, well saying disappointed feels like an understatement. If money is no object, maybe you will have a better experience than I did. But going in for a very simple, black-only, 12 word quote and coming out with what I got…. I would not recommend. On top of it all, I had to call repeatedly to convince them that a touch up was needed. I did go to True Art Tattoo and got 3 times the tattoo for 1/2 the price from Mitch. I WOULD recommend them.

Nicole and Mariah are absolutely iconic! From the moment I walked in, the customer service felt effortless, warm, and genuine. The space is spotless while still feeling welcoming and inviting, and the overall aesthetic is incredible. Nicole was swift, confident, and professional with my piercing. She had me take one deep breath, and before I knew it, it was over—quick, smooth, and virtually painless. This was an amazing experience from start to finish, and I’ll absolutely be coming back for larger gauge jewelry and, eventually, my septum piercing. If you’re looking for a place that combines professionalism, great vibes, and exceptional service, this is it!

I cannot recommend Victor enough! He did my back tattoo, and I am absolutely obsessed with how it turned out. He made me feel comfortable and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. His attention to detail, creativity, and precision are truly unmatched. The piece is beautiful, meaningful, and even better than I imagined. You can tell Victor genuinely cares about his craft and takes pride in making sure his clients leave happy. If you’re looking for an artist who is talented, professional, and passionate about what he does, Victor is the one. I will definitely be back for more work!

I just got my first tattoo at Cleopatra. Staff was very professional and polite. My tattoo artist the best hands down. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an amazing tattoo 👍🏆
