Focused Tattoos

I was a walk-in and a first-timer, and the staff was so accommodating and nice! Madi did my tattoo and she is exceptionally skilled. Very personable, too. She was so good about checking in with me throughout the process. Will be back!

I had such a great experience really quick and really easy piercing with great and friendly staff. Really good price piercings and really good instructions of How to take care of them. Would go back for sure!!

My teen daughter got 4 piercings here I got one. My helix was pierced with jewelry that turned. I contacted Kelsi to get it changed. Came to the shop and the door system was broken. I texted Kelsi, she ended up ghosting me in a text and I had to go to another shop and pay all over again even though changing it should have been free for me from Kelsi. She asked me was it new jewelry that I put on like it was somehow my fault. It wasn’t. All I did was clean the piercing area with saline. Not change the jewelry. No idea what the problem was. We were nothing but kind to her. Very unprofessional and weird. No idea what could be her issue. I called the shop later after their phones were fixed. Talked to a guy and explained the situation he just said, sorry to hear that. Again no idea why I was basically denied getting anything fixed by her. Very weird.

This is my first time getting a tattoo so on my 16th birthday my mom said I can get one and I seen focused tattoos and went and did a walk in seen a young lady that was in the shop that’s looked like my age so she did the drawing then made me come back the next day then didn’t finish so then she told me she was go text me a list how to take care of it and didn’t do it then kept telling me to come this day then reschedule more then 3 times then went here today to get it done then telling me to wait till it fully healed and as you see it looks like she doesn’t know what she doing on my hand she is so unprofessional and lack communication I will not never be going here again for my first tattoo or will not recommend anyone here!!!

I went to have new jewelry put in. Usually I wear nose studs, two on the same side, but wanted to switch to hoops. It was walk-ins only, but the wait was short, and the piercer, Kelsi, was nice enough though rather unprofessional. I was taken aback that she didn't measure my nostril to see what sizes I'd need, especially since my piercings are 20 years old and thus placed a small bit higher up than what's the standard more recently (still, everyone's nose is different, so why no sizing?). I soon discovered why she didn't measure: she has ONE size of hoop. One gauge, one diameter, two colors. The process was the worst I've ever experienced. She didn't clean my nostril, presumably because it was just inserting new jewelry into fully open holes and wasn't incurring a wound. Except I left there bleeding profusely--I mean, blood running down my face. It was quite painful because not only was the gauge wrong, but the diameter was also wrong, and she kept stabbing my septum trying to get them both in. I had to ice my face when I got home. When the swelling went down, it was clear that the diameter of the second hoop was way off and was digging into my nostril. It looked like what happens when you leave a rubber band on your wrist for too long and get that deep indentation. My daughter had to help me use two pairs of needle-nosed pliers to remove the hoop because it was digging so deeply into my nostril. Once it was removed, immediate relief. After measuring, turns out it's 2mm too small for the snuggest viable fit. That's $46 wasted and paid via Venmo, so there's no getting it back. If this is the quality of piercing service, I'd stay far away.
