5 stars for Tooth and Nail Tattoo. This place is proof that Cleveland's tattoo scene has serious range, and Lauren is exhibit A. She's done both of my forearm sleeves and I love how they turned out, her style is just next level. The shop itself sits in the Detroit-Shoreway neighborhood near the Gordon Square Arts District, tucked into a revitalized historic building that gets flooded with natural light, so it feels more like an art studio than a typical tattoo shop. Staff is genuinely friendly, no attitude, no ego, just good people who are great at what they do. If you're in Cleveland and thinking about ink, stop scrolling and book with this crew.

We drove up from Columbus for an appointment with Mr. Heggie. The shop is new, with really cozy decor (dark academia/gothic). Very cozy, and the artist's each have their personal touches on their work areas. Everyone was very friendly. Mr. Heggie was great to work with. He had several designs drawn up for me to choose from, and several sizes. He reallly took his time to make sure I was getting the tattoo I wanted. The process was very safe, comfortable, and relaxing. We will definitely be back for more!
