Spent 300 for 3 tattoos, I go to Charlie for all of them, super awesome guy, and a nice atmosphere

A friend recommended this shop, they seem to do very good work so I guess this is a consistency issue. For my first booked appointment, my artist was over an hour late to the time agreed upon and left me sitting in my car to wait on them to get there and open the shop. Once there we got designs drawn up, the creative process was fun and my artist had a lot of great ideas, and I chose specific details for what I wanted. An hour or two in, my artist took a break to smoke weed with a friend, in front of me in the booth. That was concerning but we were halfway through and I wanted to get things finished. When we continued, things felt rushed, as they had another appointment waiting in the lobby for their booked time. At this point in the day there were young children running down the main hallway, an artists kids I assume, and three speakers with different music playing, basically right next to each other, competing for who was loudest. And my artist ignored some of the details I specified and did some things I asked them not to do with my tattoo…… it was just a very weird and uncomfortable experience. I paid for everything we initially planned for and was told to schedule a follow up to get the pieces finished, which I had paid for fully. It took months to schedule the follow up, then my follow up was cancelled 30 minutes before the booked appointment. Then for the reschedule of the follow up, the setup fee I was asked for doubled….. that appointment was then cancelled the day before. I will eat the extra cost I paid and get things finished elsewhere, and hopefully be able to get the things fixed that the artist did against my wishes and instructions. Just a very uncomfortable and unprofessional experience overall.

This place has the best environment. The artists are super friendly and extremely talented. Mason did a cover up on my daughter. He absolutely nailed it. The prices are great. He made my daughter feel very comfortable. I highly recommend going to see the artists at Reaper tattoo. You wont be disappointed. I love this place.

Went in for a flash tattoo during the Asian Festival. They were super friendly and helpful, and was able to work with them on the design I wanted. Charlie did my tattoo and he did an amazing job, would definitely go again!

The whole experience was nice. The atmosphere makes you want to come back more and more. The artist are very clean and friendly. The work speaks for itself. Skilled artist! Their prices compare to other skilled artist. So no cheap looking tats unless that's what you choose😏. I will be going back.
