Great experience with nose piercing today. I was able to get a walk in appointment. From the moment I was greeted by the lady at the front until after my piercing with Paige I was made to feel comfortable and informed. I was so nervous and indecisive but they made me feel like I was rocking it.

Metamorphosis came highly recommended by a friend and it lives up to the hype! I got my doubles pierced by Heather and she was also able to give me guidance on how to help my helix piercing (which I got pierced elsewhere almost a year ago) heal better. I haven’t had problems with my doubles (or my helix!) since! They also have such a wide selection of jewelry and their staff are really knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be coming back! I had such a wonderful experience today at Metamorphosis. I came in for a nose jewelry purchase/change, and every single person I encountered was incredibly kind and welcoming. I truly wish I could remember everyone’s names because they all deserve recognition. I do remember Heather, who pierced my nose years ago, and she was just as amazing today. I’ve continued coming back every year for new jewelry because of the care and professionalism this place consistently provides. As a single mom of two who had to bring my kids along by myself, I especially appreciated how patient and kind everyone was with them. Huge shoutout to the two ladies and gentleman working today, your kindness genuinely made a difference. I honestly was not having the best day, and the compassion and warmth I received here completely shifted my mood. Thank you all for creating such a welcoming environment. It meant more than you know.

I came in as a walk in, not expecting availability really. I just had to put my cat down yesterday and it’s been a really hard past few days for me. I knew I wanted to get something to honor her and Mike Shaw with metamorphosis took me right away. Little did I know that I was walking into a cat lover shop with incredibly cool people. I got to sit down for two hours with a really cool guy and talk about anything/everything while I honored the memory of my girl. Besides the wonderful human experience, the shop is beautiful with high quality products and high quality people. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you metamorphosis and Mike. Only happy tears tonight.

Got my lobe pierced (my first ever piercing) and Heather was so good. Very friendly and helpful. I was nervous going in, but she provided a great environment and virtually painless process. Quick, but not rushed in the slightest. I will be back again for any more piercings I may get.
